Private tool for the BRUFC tour committee. It holds every tourist's name, adults and children alike, with the lead adult's phone number and email address, any dietary notes given, who each family asked to share with, and the registration rows those came from.
Committee members see all of it; an age-group tour manager sees only families with a child in one of their own age groups.
The club intends to delete it on 30 June 2027. That deletion is not automatic yet, so ask the tour organiser if a family wants their details taken out sooner.
You have an account here too. It holds your name, your email address and your password, the password kept only as a scrambled check the tool cannot read back. The tool also records what you change and the date and time you changed it, and keeps a scrambled trace of the internet connection you used. Ask the tour organiser to switch your account off or remove it at any time; the record of what was changed stays, because the committee needs it.
